About Our Auxiliaries

Epsilon Tau currently sponsors two of the three Iota Phi Lambda Sorority Auxiliaries.  The Future Iota Leaders (FIL)  and Men of Iota (MOI).  FIL are girls and boys (ages 8-20).  They are mentored by members of the Iota family.  Our FIL programs provide socialization and development opportunities for youth leadership training, and encourage them to realize their potentials to the fullest.

The second auxiliary is the MOI.  They provide support in programs and projects of the chapter.

Future Iota Leaders

Epsilon Tau FIL are given the opportunity to visit colleges, improve on writing skills, social skills and leadership development, career exploration activities and community service.  They are given the opportunity to conduct their own youth meetings and serve as organizational leaders.

Our Men of Iota

The Men of Iota is an auxiliary group of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority which is comprised of husbands, significant others (male), and male family members of members of the local Chapter and the auxiliary.

If you are a lady who does not currently meet the membership requirements of  Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, there is an opportunity to assist the chapter in its work of fundraising and community service.  The Pelatis Auxiliary should consist of at least five women.
